Building a house can be an extremely stressful process, but with a.l.r Interior Home it doesn't have to be. This project in an excellent example of "The Full" plan from our Design Services.Â
Built from the ground up, a.l.r Interior Home allows clients to visualize their space using realistic 3D renders. Converting the the initial floor plan to a customizable 2D render for Spatial Planning, which translates into a fully realized 3D model of their upcoming build. This is an excellent tool for new home builders as it allows for early detection of any possible changes needed to the floor plan before construction begins, and contractors can progress with pre-approved materials allowing construction to stay on schedule once it begins. *Update: Sometimes plans change. It's common for a single set back to change more than one aspect of a project design, and a.l.r Interior Home understands. Included are recent updates due to some unforeseen events. Can you spot the difference?
This client was already in the planning process of their latest project when they reached out to a.l.r Interior Home for assistance. They had already decided on new furniture for the space when a new paint color caught their eye. Having trouble visualizing how the furniture and the paint color would look in their space we decided "The Standard" from our Design Services would provide us with the best results. Matching the client's new furniture with their paint color of choice, a.l.r Interior Home was able to completely redesign the space and take any remaining guess work out of their decisions. The project mixed existing elements with newly sourced pieces to keep the budget on track and exceed their expectations!

This space came to a.l.r Interior Home as 4 photos and a rough sketch. A blank space looking for life. The client provided a budget & style preferences: mid-century modern, loves deep, jewel-tones, likes plants and loves gold. They love to entertain & watch tv in this room so they are looking for character but do not want the space to feel too feminine. Challenge accepted! Using the provided information a.l.r Interior Home began the process of "The Full" and delivered a super-realistic, fully furnished 3D concept to the client. Along with an itemized list of every item used to design their space detailed with quantity, price, vendor, and sourced link for easy purchase. Gift wrapped and $24 under budget!

Line-sights are so important to the flow of a home, and this floor plan is an excellent example of why. While it's not completely "open", each room offers multiple viewing points into the surrounding spaces. After programming with the client to determine the desired style & mood of this project, a.l.r Interior Home began the process of transformation. The project kicked off in the dining room were the fireplace wall was updated with fresh paint, wainscoting, and wallpaper; becoming the key feature of the room & the essence of the entire design. Although each space reflects it's own identity and function, a complimenting pastel palette and key elements such as area rugs and lighting maintain consistency providing a seamless transition from one room to the next.

This venue delivers the elements of nature in a big way. The living rom walls were updated with leather and rattan to soften the hard marble floors. Dark wood was used on the fireplace to bring a contrasting layer of warmth to the space. The choice of furniture uses both color & texture to reflect the beauty of outdoors, creating a timeless space that builds appeal and interest through layered elements. The bedroom pulls a similar color palette, paired with a simple design, to maximize space + function.
The final design results in a relaxing oasis with a view of the City skyline.

ELEVATED LIVING SPACE

This fresh build is live in ready, with simple projects still underway. The owners of this space are looking for a warm, comfortable space with plenty of character and a functional design for their family. We plan to accomplish this through the clever use of stylish furnishings, warm wood accents, and the innovative use of form and color, which will dramatically transform the space.

The interior + exterior is complete on the latest project, and the family is moving in. There are a few more projects to be completed inside including custom built-ins, dramatic accent walls, and interior furnishings. The warm natural trim throughout the home brings a warm feel to every room while keeping the flow consistent.

The owners of this space sought to retain the architecture but soften its formality. The room serves as the family gathering space, but the layout made it difficult to visualize it's full potential. Through the clever use of stylish furnishings and the innovative use of form and color, we plan to dramatically transform the space.
Blending bright colors + Boho style with a balanced visual presentation will meet both client's preferences- making this the room they will be spending all their time in!

This venue was completely reimagined by the clients themselves to create a timeless space that builds appeal and interest through natural decor elements. a.l.r assisted in planning a layout to provide flow + function while best enhancing the structural features. Elements such as metal and wood, and rich gem tones were balanced to reflect each client's personality. The space includes a bar, lounge area, kitchenette, home gym, and more!

The owners of this space sought to retain the architecture of their "new" family home, but upgrade it to feel like their own. This was done with updated material, fresh paint colors, the clever use of stylish furnishings and innovative planning for flow, which dramatically transformed the space.

After newly remodeling their kitchen, these homeowners were toying with the idea of opening up an existing wall to expand their entertaining space. Having just replaced the flooring as part of the kitchen project, they weren't overly excited about the prospect of having it redone for a seamless flow. Instead, we discussed our options and decided on simply opening up the wall + adding a bar top on the kitchen side for additional seating.
Now it's not only the sightlines that are flowing but the energy and conversation as well. Cheers!

This venue was completely reimagined, following some unfortunate water damage, to create a timeless space that perfectly reflects our client through customized elements, while providing an inspired space to relax and unwind.

We were able to transform the existing living, bedroom, and bath into a beautifully open Master Ensuite with a custom closet, upgraded bath, and a cozy sitting area. Unique features such as arched entryways and sleek pocket doors elevate the character of the space.
